 Reiki and Personal Wellness Coaching
Cheri worked at Renu Day Spa in Freeport, Bahamas as a professional Reiki practitioner and Personal Wellness coach for over 10 years. She still offers traditional Reiki sessions, and all levels of Reiki training, including Master/Teacher. Yoga and Meditation
Cheri has been practicing yoga since 2004 and in 2017 she received her 200YTT certification from the Blue Osa yoga training facility in Costa Rica. While in The Bahamas, she taught extensively at the YMCA , facilitated corporate Yoga to local businesses and offered private Yoga sessions  to individuals or small groups. She also taught meditation classes and held meditation circles regularly.

Working With Animals
Cheri loves to be with animals.
